Sadbhavna College of Education for Women, Raikot, is committed to providing quality educational programs and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Refund of Fees
The refund of fees shall be governed by the guidelines and regulations issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and any other competent regulatory authority from time to time.
Library Security Deposit
Course Completion
The student must have successfully completed the course or programme to become eligible for refund of the Library Security Deposit.
Return of Library Materials
All library books, journals, and issued materials must be returned in good condition before the refund process can be initiated.
No Dues Certificate
Students must obtain a No Dues Certificate from the Library and all concerned departments confirming that no dues are pending.
Refund Amount
A maximum of 50% of the Library Security Deposit shall be refunded after verification and clearance of all institutional dues.
